Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things come up unexpectedly, so please contact us as soon as possible if there is a conflict. There is a 48 hour requirement to cancel or reschedule any booked session.

Same Day Cancellations or No Shows do not qualify for a refund. There are no refunds once the service has been provided. You may get a full refund only if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service.

In the event that the Miami Knight LLC needs to cancel or reschedules, participants may request in writing a full refund or transfer, applying all payments to another service.

Unpaid services and/or booking are subject to change or reschedule at any time due to the official schedule of Miami Knight LLC.

Coaching Disclaimer & Waiver

Results will vary based on willingness of the client and how closely he/she follows the methods of understanding grief & healing and its processes. As individuals vary, so will results.

Coaching services are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be hindering you in any way. However, coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care.
