These sessions can be especially supportive for those navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, as well as empaths and highly sensitive individuals who deeply feel the energy around them. Crisis Intervention
In the wake of a loved one’s passing, grief can feel isolating and overwhelming. This private one-on-one session provides compassionate bereavement support alongside gentle, intuitive energy healing to help ease emotional and energetic burdens when mourning traumatic deaths and navigating the loss of a loved one.
Miami Knight LLC, aims to stabilize the individual or group to address the crisis, and promote coping skills. The goal is to return the person to their pre-crisis level of functioning.
Additional 15 minutes include extended sound healing, reiki, breathwork and grounding techniques.

Both 1:1 sessions and the Grief & Bereavement Support Group are designed for individuals seeking compassionate support while navigating loss, acute grief, emotional overwhelm, chronic illness, and major life transitions.
These sessions provide a sacred and supportive space to process bereavement as the experience of loss, while honoring grief as the deeply personal emotional journey that follows. Together, we create space for reflection, emotional expression, nervous system support, and gentle healing through mindful and holistic practices
Each session includes:
• Compassionate conversation and sacred witnessing to honor your emotions, experiences, and healing journey
• Interactive healing practices offering practical tools for navigating grief, including journaling, grounding exercises, mindfulness, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and community support
• Gentle energy healing modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, intuitive touch, or guided meditation to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and spiritual integration
• Curated grief support leaflets, affirmations, reflective exercises, and wellness resources for continued care between sessions
Sessions are offered in a confidential, heart-centered space designed to help individuals and families feel seen, supported, and gently guided through the healing process.
