Crisis Intervention
In the wake of a loved one’s passing, grief can feel isolating and overwhelming. This private one-on-one session provides compassionate bereavement support alongside gentle, intuitive energy healing to help ease emotional and energetic burdens when mourning traumatic deaths and navigating the loss of a loved one.
Miami Knight LLC, aims to stabilize the individual or group to address the crisis, and promote coping skills. The goal is to return the person to their pre-crisis level of functioning.
Additional 15 minutes include extended sound healing, reiki, breathwork and grounding techniques.

GRief Coaching & Energy Healing Session

The Grief & Bereavement Support Group are individuals who are ready to explore a short-term, focused approach providing immediate support to those experiencing acute distress or overwhelming situations.
Each session includes:
- A supportive, grounded conversation to honor your grief and emotions
- Interactive Method: Provides practical strategies and tools for coping with grief, such as journaling, connecting with others, relaxation techniques, or social support.
- Gentle energy healing (Reiki, sound, or intuitive touch) to soothe the nervous system and support spiritual integration
- A curated grief support leaflet with grounding practices, affirmations, and resources for continued care
- This offering is held in a sacred, confidential space of your choice—open to all residents (single or group sessions) and their family members in need of support.
Includes Leaflets/Handouts, Optional: Sound Healing, Meditation, Somatic Breathwork Exercises.
